This Data Protection Policy (“Policy”) sets out the basis upon which U3 Infotech Pte Ltd (“the organisation”) may collect, use, disclose or otherwise process personal data of individuals in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”). This Policy applies to all individuals who request or enquire for a service and product, complaint, feedback, or visit any of the organisation’s premises or events.

- NRIC/FIN or passport number

Retention of Personal Data
We retain personal data as long as necessary for the purposes collected, or as required by law. Once it is no longer needed, we will cease retention or remove identifiers linking it to you.
Transfers of Personal Data Outside of Singapore
We generally do not transfer personal data outside Singapore, except via approved third parties who ensure protection standards comparable to PDPA.
